Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with every single purchase from LINA BEAUTY.

To Make this easy , we offer the following guarantees and after sales service.
In the event that you would like to return your purchase, contact info@linabeautyshop.com within ten days of receiving your order to request a return.

Products must be returned unopened (sealed), in new condition and in their original packaging,and purchased directly from our website. in order to receive a refund.

If your return does not meet one of the above criteria, it cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the original shipping address on file.

Note: All returns take 7-10 business days to process once they arrive at lina beauty. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 15 business days for your financial institution to process. Free return shipping is not available for in-store purchases.

linabeautyshop.com does not accept returns, exchanges or issue store credit for any items purchased from our retail partners.

Only product purchased on linabeautyshop.com be eligible for return or exchange consideration, based on our policies outlined above.

We are happy to answer any questions related to our product, but are unable to process returns, exchanges, store credits or refunds for any products
purchased outside of this channel.

Please send the products you would like to return with a copy of your invoice to the address located on the order sheet inside your original package.

Damaged items

Please let us know immediately via e­mail if your package was damaged in transit.
Save the box and merchandise and we will have the carrier inspect and pick up the damaged package.
The items will be replaced with no charge to you.

Cancelled Orders

If for any reason your order is cancelled, you will immediately receive an email. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

If you have any questions regarding your cancelled order, or to request a cancellation, please contact us at info@linabeautyshop.com. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed or cancelled the following business day.

If you package has already been dispatched, you will need to return the unopened items in order for us to process a refund.
