Is your argan oil perfumed?

No. We do not add (or take away) anything from the raw, natural ingredient used during production. 100% pure argan oil does have a mild nutty fragrance. The smell fades within a few seconds as the oil quickly absorbs into your hair or skin.

Is your argan oil cold pressed?

Yes, it is. Each batch of our 100% pure, organic argan oil is made by hand using ancient, cold pressing extraction technique.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. We are animal advocates, and in no way support animal testing of any kind.

What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

We’re sorry about that! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item,
please contact info@linabeautyshop.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect item as well as your order number.
We will be sure to rectify the situation as soon as possible!

How can i return my item?

In the event that you would like to return your purchase, contact returns@linabeautyshop.com within ten days of receiving your order to request a return.

Products must be returned unopened (sealed), in new condition and in their original packaging,and purchased directly from our website.
in order to receive a refund.

If your return does not meet one of the above criteria, it cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the original shipping address on file.

Note: All returns take 7-10 business days to process once they arrive at lina`s beauty.
All refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 15 business days for your financial institution to process. Free return shipping is not available for in-store purchases.
